Aseana City is a massive real estate undertaking involving a land born from the sea located along the shoreline of Manila Bay, extending Northeast to Roxas Boulevard within Parañaque. Aseana City also features its very own public transport system, the Aseana Eco-Jeep- an LPG-run airconditioned and interiorly designed jeepney following an organized system akin to that of buses. It is also set to develop Greenways, a spinal park with sidewalks and covered pathways which promotes walkability.
